Extended Commercial License

By purchasing the wireframes (“Assets”) you are being granted a license to use these files for specific uses under certain conditions.

What is allowed?

The Showit Wireframes Kit (the assets) comes with an Extended Commercial License included. That means that you can create and sell up to a total of 10,000 lifetime individual End Products combined, this includes but is not limited to individual client's custom websites or creating website templates with the intention to sell.

You can share and promote your End Products on one personal or business social presence, strictly owned by the Licensee such as an End User, and may include social media accounts on multiple platforms that are all owned by the same person, company, or brand.

What is Not allowed?

You are strictly prohibited from re-selling or distributing the wireframes (the assets) as-is. The assets must be incorporated into a new design to be considered an "End Product" for sale.

The Licenced Assets are non-transferable. The License is issued to one registered business only, this includes but is not limited to sole proprietorship, corporation, or partnership.

Resale or Sub-Licensing the Licensed Assets to Third Parties. Third Party Use Requires Separate License.

Resale or Sub-Licensing of the Licensed Assets or any modification of it in a way that is directly competitive with the original Licensed Assets.

Licensed Assets may not be used as part of a trademark, service mark, design mark, trade-name, or similar use unless the Licensed Assets are significantly altered.

Making public or sharing the Licensed Assets in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute Licensed Assets as a standalone file (meaning just the content file itself, separate from the End Product or End Use that is expressly permitted).

Falsely representing authorship and/or ownership of the Licensed Asset is strictly prohibited. Licensee may not claim the Licensed Assets as its own copyrighted work (the original Licensed Assets must be disclaimed in any copyright registration).
